LINCOLN 18+ HEADREST SOLUTION. For the read seat (third row) the gap is too small for normal mounts this works with a little tweak. See pics I flipped the sliding mechanism by removing the screw and taking end cap off then reinstalling the slides very easy a novice can do to customize. Perfect for my application!

Decent quality. I used it to make a head rest mount for my molle panel on the back of the seat

Works as advertised, I messed up and didn't fully read description as I had searched for "VESA" mounts and this popped up. I was able to buy an adapter plate and fabricate it to fit though.
