Silicone covers are the way of the future vs. plastic wrap.
I've not used these yet, but I have used the round ones before and find them to be very efficient for keeping the food cooked in my corning ware containers in the container when I'm ready to refrigerate once it's cooled down. This saves me from having to dirty another container when I'm ready to store it. If they're anything like the round ones they seal up nicely but are pretty easy to actually put onto the container. I will add to this review once I've actually used them.
