Yes it is for linoleum. Most people use linoleum as a generic term for vinyl flooring. "Real" linoleum is a wood product and that is what this cleaner is for. It is very mild.

Yes, it does. It's a 2-step process but this is okay.

It gives you the ratio. Are use a quart of cup of cleaner to a couple gallons of water.

can you use Forbo on wood floors?

It would not be recommended by the wood manufacturer.
