Wow! These arrived and I began wearing right away. One elbow develops very dry cracked skin, is very painful. These and a small amount of Goldbond lotion and in only 3 days my elbow is back to normal. And there is no mess at all the silicone keeps the lotion in place no seeping through. I still apply lotion maybe every 2 - 3 days and the pain is gone elbow is clear. Before I found these I made all kinds of bandaids with paper towels with no luck. I have even used painters tape to hold on lotions with no real relief. These work even without lotion but I feel the lotion just speeds up the fix. I rinse them in the sink with warm water cleaning lotion residue and they dry overnight. Don't use the washer to dryer it will destroy the silicone gel, is far too soft. The price is very reasonable the fit is great and these are so soft.

Material is super stretchy and soft and they just have a thin rubber lining just on one part inside to protect your outer elbow which works great!! I was getting a lot of pain and soreness at my work desk now that I'm not wearing hoodies and it's summertime, my elbows were getting bruised and really hurting from surface abrasion...but I've been wearing these the last couple days and they are working phenomenal to protect them. They are thin and light too, so they don't bother me at all to wear. Super cute pink color as well! Note- I'm not quite sure how big they stretch (they do seem very stretchy) but they don't come in sizes so I would keep that in mind if you have really big arms they might be more tight or uncomfortable?

These are perfect, except I am a larger woman and they are a bit tight. If you have arthritis in your elbow, they have the added benefit of increasing temperatures inside, so that eases some of the pain. I bought these to keep my elbow from resting directly on my desk, which was becoming increasingly uncomfortable. Great price for 2 pair.

This item is OK not exactly what I thought. There is a thin gel like substance in the inside of the elbow sleeve that is soothing to touch. It’s actually not padded at all. At least not in the sense that I consider padding. (see pic for reference) If you need padding... look elsewhere. Other than that it's comfortable if not worn for extended periods. I lean on my elbows a lot which has led to discoloration. I bought it to attempt to fix that issue, however when worn for a couple of hours, it starts cutting off circulation and becomes uncomfortable. Hope this helps.

Small small small If you’re 110lbs or below you’re in luck. If you’re not…well…good luck. Quality seems like a 3/5 but they aren’t even usable if you stretch them out. Disappointed they make them pink and for those who are super tiny. Little do they know how many doctors recommend good lotion with this type sleeve…I really did not want to resort to cutting up socks but seems I might have to. If you are over 110lbs I would pass.

I use these all the time and I recommend them if you have dry elbows. Soothes them.
