My heater was putting a weird smell and lots of Carbon Monoxide when running. Very little exhaust was exiting the pipe. Upon further inspection we found that there were 4 large wasp nests in the heater box and the Heat Manifold tube was full of Mud daubers and their nests, it was so bad, it took 3 hours to clean it out as well as all of the soot that was built up. Heater works awesome now, and will continue with this bug screen on it. I highly recommend you get one of these. Fast shipping, great quality product and so easy to install. Item worked out perfectly. Easy installation and good value for the money. Definitely would by from this company again if needed. Fit perfect. The color was awesome and matches perfectly. Looks strong and should hold up well and not rust easily. I really like the rubber gasket that comes with these to keep it from being metal on metal and dripping rust down the camper. Nice job guys.

This were highly recommended to keep mud daubers out of my RV furnace. An easy to install, inexpensive way to prevent an expensive repair. These fit perfect over the vent and seem to be a quality material.

They were easy to assemble and install but I did have to bend the piece of “L” metal that held on to the vent. It was too large and didn’t hold on very well. After adjusting, works great.

The TONDA RV furnace vent screens do exactly what they’re supposed to do - keep every winged, crawling, six-legged campground freeloader from turning my RV into their new Airbnb. Installation was ridiculously easy. I clipped them on, stepped back, and admired how I had single-handedly thwarted an entire bug uprising. They fit well, stay put, and instantly make me feel like I’ve upgraded my RV’s defenses without actually doing any real work. Honestly, for a simple little screen, it’s punching way above its weight class. Easy to use. Fit snug to furnace vent. All tools and springs came with it. Would definitely recommend! I found a mouse coming in and out of my trailer through my furnace vent. This is a must have for small critters and bugs! Keep your rv protected!!!!

These seem to be well made and the screen/mesh should be tight enough to keep out the mud wasps. They're not the easiest thing to install, but with patience and the help from other tools it can be done.
