The first time I used it I added too much, and the result was too saline to be edible. I've been avoiding salt for a couple of decades, so I'm m way more sensitive to salty taste than most Americans. My biggest issue with this product is the bottle. The bottle is not designed to dispense a few drops at a time so I ended up transferring to eye dropper bottles. I don't eat standard non-vegetarian Worcestershire sauce so I'm not especially interested in how the tastes compare, which seems to be a big deal for a lot of reviewers here.
