My wife and I just updated to the Galaxy S24 phones. I love the phone except for one thing - it's external surface is very slippery and would be very easy to accidentally drop. This case has a surface that is much easier to grip, reducing the chance of a drop in the first place. With the two-layer construction, I feel like the phone is much better protected in case a drop does happen. It fits the S24 perfectly (just make sure that you get the correct model for your phone e.g. S24, S24+, or S24 Ultra). I got the black and my wife got the green, so it's easy to know who's phone I'm picking up. There might be less expensive cases out there that will do the job, but OtterBox has earned its reputation of being a leading phone protector.

I have always stood by otter box cases for their superior protection and longevity, and this case is not an exception. The case looks sleek, protects my phone, and has a comfortable feeling/grip. Plus, the buttons work well and are easy to clean.I'd highly recommend this to anyone with a smart phone.

Edit to my original review below:I have since reached out to otterbox, and they have since sent a replacement that fits perfectly. Oddly enough, the one sent from otterbox was in different packaging from Amazon. Perhaps Amazon got a bad batch. Regardless, it's a great case. I'm updating my review from 1 to 5 stars, but maybe consider ordering direct from otterbox.~~~~~~~~~~~I have have been a loyal otterbox customer for years, and they normally provide a solid product. However, when I purchased this case for the first time, I noticed the inner lining is saggy to the point where it doesn't wrap around the phone in a snug way. You can see the power/volume buttons sticking out. The gap between the side of the phone and case is large enough for dust and debris to get in.I thought I had received a defective model, so I got an exchange through Amazon. However, the second case had the same problem. (see photo) There must be a tolerance issue with the cases for the S24 base. I will be returning for a refund.
