The quality of the bands is nice and one of the best feature is we get 3 bands with different level of resistance. I actually got these resistance bands for working out at home. These bands allows you to do variety of exercise depending which body part you want to focus. Broke in first repetition
It broke in first repetition itself. May be I got a defective piece as the quality appears nice. I have requested return. Finger crossed. Update: return was smooth as updated rating to account for good behaviour by seller
