Good product

I've been using these pads for years. They don't like to stick well to the belt at first, but after a couple of uses they usually adhere better. I'm able to use the same set for several weeks while still feeling the same results. Only giving 4 stars because sometimes they do fall off of the belt even when the adhesive is fresh.

Value for the money, works perfectly

Work great but they are hard to replace. Leaves a lot of residue

These are great because you get a while bunch, in a few different shapes and sizes! First thing is that they're not super thick, but they have a really decent surface area. They come individually separated with plastic sheets on both sides, and they're sticky on both sides so it doesn't really matter which side faces down. They're squishy gel, but they're pretty manageable. Think of roughly thin cardboard thickness, with the feel of grass jelly (the green jelly stuff in the grass jelly drinks). Overall these are great and I haven't run I to any conductivity issues yet!
