I bought six of these at a Sur La Table store in Portland many years ago. I use them all the time.They've endured multiple moves, rough handling, four kids, and several pets. Not a chip among them.I tried several other brands here on Amazon and they were all terrible--gray, chipped, broken, ugly.Then I found these. ;)Differences between the old ones and new ones:1. Made in China now, not USA.2. Information is stamped on bottom rather than embossed so it will eventually wear off and be useless.3. Sides are the same so they still don't stack well, no more than 3 ramekins high. I'm okay with that.4. Same material and durability.Only time will tell if these are as durable as the old ones, but they look the same except for the bottom stamp, so I'm happy with them.

Always Performs
With anything Corning you can never go wrong. Yes, they are sturdy and yes, rarely but sometimes they break. Overall, they are a 12 out of 10x

Best set ever!
I was looking for something small to help with portion control after my VSG surgery and I found it. Very durable and easy to clean. I use them daily!

These don’t feel as sturdy as the one we already have.
Items came extremely well packaged and intact. I purchased these for my daughter in law....she uses the 4 Oz ramekins for the kid’s snack and dips. She had 1 Corning and two ramekins from Pier 1, well the 2 from Pier One got broken so I figured stick with Corningware since it’s a known brand. I’m pleased overall but the one she already had feels much sturdier than this new set. They are nice and do match her other one, I was just surprised at how much lighter they felt than the older Corningware and these were pretty expensive compared to the other sets on Amazon.

Love these!
The ramekins are the perfect size for any condiment or for preparation for easy cooking. They also finished out my French White collection. I am finding that I use them so frequently I may have to buy another set!
