I have made it with almond milk,2%milk,heavy cream,etc...The only thing you might notice is that it will be somewhat thinner.

vanilla and white chocolate sugar free pudding is runny what do I do?

I don't know what you did, I make it 1 box to 2 cups of cold Zero milk or 2 boxes to 4 cups of cold zero milk, stir it for 2 minutes and then put it in a bowl or I put it in small dishes and it comes out good every time, the only thing I can think of is that the box says it will not set in non dairy milk so if you used water of so other form of milk it would not set up. Hope that helps.
