Loved this eSIM from T-Mobile. We were heading to Las Vegas and Arizona in the USA . A lot of people had said they had WiFi around the hotels, and had opted for a data only sim, assuming they could get a good connection to the internet for phone calls. As we were going to be hiring a car over there, I wanted an eSIM which had local (US) calls and data, in case we had problems with the car or if we were running late to a hotel. So glad I did get this. Ordered from Amazon, it turned up the next day and as it can’t be set up on a Sunday, I set it up within my iPhone on Monday morning before we took our flight on Monday afternoon. Within a few moments had an email confirming it would connect once over in Las Vegas. So glad I took this eSIM as the plane was delayed and by the time we got to US passport control it was busy and gone 10pm. We were staying outside Vegas that night and needed to pick up the car and drive 30 minutes! Took us 1 hour to go through passport control so had to make a call to the local hotel using the new eSIM, worked perfectly and saved the stress levels as they would be there late that night! 7 days unlimited data, texts and US calls all for £22 - it was the best deal for us and so glad we took it as had to make a few calls during our visit.

I will NEVER use this company again. I followed their process to the letter but was not able to use the SIM provided. It did not activate on the day requested. I sent several emails and the responses were not what I expected. The eSIM was activated a day later than I needed. By then I had been in USA for over 24 hours and had spent $100 buying a suitable SIM at the airport. Very very poor.

The connection while in the US was great, and had no issues once there. It was a bit worrying that I didn't know if it would work or not until I got there, and if it didn't I wouldn't be able to fix it without a connection. I had to schedule activation for the day before I travelled, as I was travelling on a Sunday (they don't activate on Sundays), so if I was going for 7 days, a 7 day card would not have been long enough. Once activated, setting up the eSIM happened automatically, and it worked quite seamlessly in the end. Would buy again if travelling to the US. It saved me a lot of money, as my UK provider does not give a good roaming deal for the US!

Purchased this about 5 weeks before a trip to the USA. Issue 1. Instructions sent seemed to be for a Physical SIM, not an eSIM. Issue 2 I gave the activation date and EMEI and other phone information as requested as my arrival date in the USA, however, they then reply they will activate remotely at the end of that day so if it had worked day 1 would have been lost. Guess what Nothing.... Emailed them and they just asked for EMEI etc data again. Nothing. Switched on switched off still Nothing. used Chat and asked for them to send me a physical QR code to install an eSIM they agreed to do that then .... Nothing. They asked me to connect to internet using strong 5G. I then used £5 of my own Mobile data.... Nothing. In the end after 2 days bought another eSIM on internet and in 5 min had roaming Data. So essentially didn't get a service from TSIM. It was out of pocket for the TSIM eSIM and my own data. And to boot, Amazon then refused to refund as I bought the product over 30 days before I wanted to use it. Do NOT buy this product, there are other alternatives

I ordered an eSIM but received instructions for a physical sim. The eSIM never worked, waste of money and had to pay roaming fees for my mobile data. Perhaps this is a good product, but unless they tell you how to use it correctly it just might not work. Waste of €26.00

I bought two eSIMs for my wife and I to use in the USA whilst travelling. Work perfectly. I would say the instructions were limited, you received an activation code with little extra information……… but I’m not going to mark it down for this because it all became clear. You go online and complete the activation date on a simple to use website. On the activation date choosen you then get messages directly to your phone to set it up, really easy. Tip: check your individual phone settings to make sure your setting are correct (Google helps here but is also simple. Really impressed, never used an eSIM before and this saved us a fortune in roaming charges whilst still being able to use apps such as WhatsApp and email (calls still get charged) unlimited so didn’t worry about how much I was using.

I’ve used this sim in February for Florida and In California in June 100% recommended am from the UK

Das benutzen der Simkarte (ESIM) war super einfach und super gut! Die beantragung hat direkt geklappt, die aktivierung auch und ich hatte nie Probleme mit der Verbindung!

Pessima esperienza (e non è ancora finita). Ho acquistato la esim più di un mese fa, ho richiesto l'attivazione per il 29/03 ed oggi (dopo un giorno) ancora non è arrivata la mail di attivazione. Parto per gli USA senza avere potuto attivare la esim. Servizio clienti pessimo, chiedono sempre gli stessi dati (esim del telefono e numero di ordine Amazon) e danno risposte generiche (è in fase di attivazione). Veramente una pessima esperienza, azienda approssimativa e poco seria. NON COMPRATE QUESTA ESIM!
