So many health benefits
They taste gross, but not as bad as I expected. I would like to see the price come down a little bit. The quality is great. They are easy to use and just as you would expect. The bag is pretty big.

Inconsistent bitterness between kernels
Individual kernels have a very good consistency of fresh, dry roasted almonds. However, the strength of bitterness varies between each nut - some tasting like regular almonds, with others being more or less bitter with a distinct tingle mouth feel. I would have appreciated more consistent bitterness if that is even possible with this product.

Allergic Reaction
I'm sure the product is very good, but apparently I'm allergic to it. I ate one kernel and my tongue and lips went numb, my face started burning and when I looked in the mirror, it was bright red. Good thing I didn't eat more than one. Was looking forward to the benefits of these seeds, but obviously I can't take them. Now I have an entire bag left minus one kernel.
