BLOSTM Radiator Insulation Foil

I recently purchased the BLOSTM Foil Insulation Roll, and it has proven to be an outstanding investment for my home. The size is perfect for various applications, including radiator reflector panels, floor, ceiling, roof, and wall insulation. The versatility of this product is truly impressive. I've noticed a considerable reduction in heat loss, which has translated into lower energy bills. The insulation roll is easy to cut and install, making the process straightforward even for someone with minimal DIY experience. The thickness of the foil is just right, providing excellent insulation without being too bulky. However, one thing to note is that the roll does not come with adhesive backing, so you will need to use your own adhesive or tape to secure it in place. Despite this minor inconvenience, the quality of the material is top-notch, and it feels durable and reliable. Overall, the Insulation Roll has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and ease of use. It's a fantastic product that delivers on its promises and offers great value for money. Great product and does work .easy to fit. Room is alot noticeably warmer

Wasn’t expecting anything from it but decided to give it a go , since I’ve put it behind the radiator every time I walk past them I can feel the heat reflecting . This is the simplest and cheapest improvement , you can do . SAVE MONEY TIP: if you have some spare DPM “foily” underlay that can work as well behind the radiators .

I used this BLOSTM foil insulation roll to line the inside of my garden shed, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The space went from damp and chilly to noticeably warmer and more usable—especially in colder conditions. Installation was simple. The roll is lightweight and easy to cut to size, and it handled corners and awkward spots without tearing or crumpling. Good quality material at a good price Quick delivery, well packaged

Easy to fit and really does stop heat being wasted by being absorbed into the wall. The wall behind my radiators is now cool to touch but the radiator is hot, so the heat is being distributed more efficiently. I only wish I'd bought and fitted it sooner. I think a good price too. I would recommend this product.

Does the job, easy to place

I wanted to help improve the heat retention in a top floor flat and decided to try this silver reflective foil so purchased the 0.6m x 25m roll. As advertised the foil is thin, a few cms in depth and hence very lightweight and easy to cut to size. I wanted to use this behind external wall radiators as well as insulating some cupboards I have which are literally in the eaves of my flat (and hence get quite cold and blowy in the winter months). In terms of installing the foil it is simply a cut to size and stick/adhere to the surface. I found that if the surface was smooth such as wall or wood board I could use a strong double sided tape to bond the foil to the surface. However if the surface is uneven or porous it is better to use some sealant. For my projects I used both and the installation was quick and easy to do. In terms of results it is hard to judge specifically, the radiators do seem to get hot quicker which I guess is the purpose and stops heat or energy wastage on the external wall. The cupboards also seem to be slightly warmer and certainly it stops the wind blowing through the open spaces. So to conclude I am reasonably pleased with the outcome, do not expect night and day difference but it certainly shows slight improvements. Also when using in cupboard space please overhang the foil to ensure a complete seal around the area. I am giving it 4 stars, the 50m length goes far and the results help a little and in today's environment everything that helps to reduce my energy bills is most welcome!
