It has a significant amount of pigment in it and has a smooth, creamy texture, and spreads nicely - so just a little goes a long way. There is a nice amount of shimmer. It's not sticky. Some color did transfer to a white blanket I was sitting on and the inside of my white sandals - but it washed out easily. I would just be cautious with white clothes. I also added a very small dab to my foundation and put it on my face and that was good. No breakouts and it was weightless. It does not smell as nice as I had hoped, but there's not much scent to it at all.
