Just a little fishy...
I love the Minors bases but this one is just a little too fishy-tasting for me. Its VERY salty so don't use too much until you know just how salty it is. Not bad, just not my cup of tea. I would probably try the shrimp or lobster bases.

Impossible to find a seafood base in Arizona or New Mexico
I use this broth for seafood chowder, Italian and French soup. It’s terrific. Expensive true but worth it in the desert Southwest.

Expiration date is within 2 months of purchase
I received the Seafood base today, 3/8/24 and the use by date is in just 2 months. I’ll keep it under refrigeration and use it for a couple of months after that but this is a super concentrated base and I would expect it to have a use by date of at least a year.
