I ordered this well in advance for Christmas for my niece who loves unicorns. The first one arrived and the unicorn was detached form the base. It was an easy return and the second one came fine. Good packaging, I don't think this thing could break unless something heavy was dropped on it. It's a lovely piece and hope she likes it as much as I do!

I didn't read the weight, which tells you it is under a pound. It is under 6 inches tall. Very cute piece, just not for $40+.
