Very nice quality. Clean and fresh! I enjoy that they added a small ebook about Bitter Apricot Seeds and i suggest everyone to read it. It was good to read that you should start out with 2 seeds a day and see how the body handles it. Im new to these, so this information was helpful! I had one this morning ground up in my smoothie. No concerns so far. Im excited to see how these little power houses will help ! I appreciate the good quality of these and how fresh they are! I like that they are certified organic and have a lot number to reference, in the even of needing too. You also get SO many in the bag! I will certainly be buying from them again and recommend this brand to others!

It was recommended to me to try the apricot kernels as a dietary supplement to aid in my Cancer fight. Very bitter tasting and you’re not supposed to have about a few a day. I didn’t see that it did anything different for me. I just don’t think I needed it.
