Does the job

Mop head kept falling off the handle. If you put any pressure on the handle at all it just slides down and the parts just come apart in your hand. Spin action doesn’t work so floors soaking. Would have been quicker and easier to clean floors on hands and knees. Never ever bought such a useless product!

Liked it because it is light and easy to move about,mop head not as thick or sturdy bits were coming of it ,apart from that good value for money

I contacted seller to inform them the auto up and down didn’t work and they send me an instruction of how to work said mop. Still doesn’t work. So faulty. And the mop head has that little material on that the hard plastic scratched my high gloss floor. When I informed them of this I never got another reply back. So now I have thrown it away and we’ll wasted my money.

Dont like this product as it has to be alined with a square shape to get it to spin its not spun once , i have now bought gloves to squeeze the water
