Safe and seems effective
I purchased the mouse and rat repellent spray to use in a shed, so far I have not found any mice in the mouse trap, so it seems to be helpful, I will continue to use it

Unfortunately not long lasting
I bought this as it stated it was not toxic toother pets and wildlife. When first used it did appear to be working as we saw significantly less rat activity, however after a couple of days they were back using the holes I had put the cotton wool balls in and climbing on the bird feeders that had been liberally sprayed. Easy to use and the clip prevents accidental use and reasonably priced, but for me not effective.

Easy to spray around the house and outdoors to prevent rats entering! Fingers crossed! It smells lovely but the rodents hate it!

Difficult to confirm if effective - but at least no more mice visitors since.
My mum found a mouse coming into her kitchen through from her neighbour's house, and managed to catch it in a live trap and evacuate it some distance away. I ordered this repellent spray for her in the hopes that she wouldn't get any more little visitors. This was easy to spray and the smell wasn't overpowering for humans. She had stopped her dogs going in that room just in case, but they didn't seem bothered by the smell. This is a difficult product to rate for effectiveness, it's only really possible to state definitely if it HASN'T worked (i.e. you spray it and still get mice coming in). She hasn't had any mouse visitors back yet - but it is hard to say whether that is due to the repellent or whether there was only the one mouse to begin with. On the basis that "where there's one mouse, there's usually more", I will credit this spray as being effective in discouraging any other visitors, and will keep fingers crossed that it continues to work!

Rat/Mouse Repellant
This is the 1st time I have struggled to come up with a fair review of a product. I've given 3* overall more as a "I'm not sure" rather than "It's OK". I recently became aware of rats breaking into the shed where we store food for the birds. The shed needs replacing because the bottom boards are going rotten and the rats were able to chew holes. I looked for "Rat Repellant" and found this product. It arrived quickly. First thought's there wasn't a great deal of it, 200ml but the instructions were clear enough. The 1st thing to be aware of is a clip that stops the trigger being pulled. The trigger was a bit flimsey and because I was afraid of breaking it, I stopped and checked finding the clip so 4* for sturdiness. The currently offered repellant seems to have a more robust trigger & nozzle, don't know about the clip. Anyway did the spraying as advised, it doesn't spray a lot which I found frustrating. Maybe it's super strong but with rats about I wanted to make sure they were deterred and give it a good spray. Now this is where it becomes difficult to make a fair review. To see how many rats were about I put out some food and a trail camera one night. There were dozens!! After this the bird feeders were put on the shed (a different one), holes in the shed with food blocked off, food put in rat proof containers, rat holes found in the garden filled in, etc. As a result of all this the rat activity has reduced, mainly yong rats and only one or two at night. Still get the occaisional rat intruder in the shed but there's nothing for them to eat. The Rat Repellant has all gone but the Rat Wars continue. At £13.99 for 200ml it's not the cheapest offering available and since I don't really know if this product made any difference, I probably would not buy it again.
