This cold medication really does shorten the time your cold lasts, and more importantly decreases the intensity of your symptoms. Yes, it’s a little pasty tasting, but I’d rather deal with the taste than coughing up a lung.

I take one of these at the first sign of a cold (sore throat, or runny nose) and take after every meal for a couple of days and my symptoms disappear. These just melt in your mouth very quickly and taste really good.
