Are the Protein crackers gluten free?

Gluten and dairy free. They’re good! However, I ordered 5 bags, and every single bag was smashed up- packaged terribly. Better off buying in store!

I bought them because I am watching my carb intake, but not on a keto plan. They are very good. Just eat only what the serving size says.

I'm not into "keto", so really can't answer your question. I am conscientious of what I do eat, so feel that it's a good snack. I really like these for a small snack to take the edge off!
