Great value!
If you are looking for good value and great quality - you found what you are looking for. We bought this system after ours broke right after moving to our new home. This system was easy to install (we did it ourselves and saved a lot of money compared to the $6k quote we got from the water company). Itโs compact as compared to our old system, and it works great to support our 3 bathrooms and all appliances. The osmosis system produces great tasting water (we have a well) and it truly takes away the taste of iron.

This softner is not of good quality. It was easy to install. However, the salt has not moved in moved. We tried to contact technical support without any luck. The softener does not work as my water is still extremely hard. The softener makes noise as if it is regenerating, but itโs not working properly and we cannot get a hold of the technical support department as they donโt return calls, nor respond to the message inquiries that we have sent through the website. please look elsewhere for a softener for your home

Cost and clear water filtration is amazing for drinking water
I am impressed we bought in January it took some time to find someone to install but it's in and it works so good i now have clear water when it was a iron rust brown it doesn't taste bad and we feel clean I did add a uv light unit too softner set up great product for your money 5 stars blessed

Did not receive all parts
Did not get all parts of listed item. Only recieved filter tank. No softner or reverse osmosis.

The water Softener.
The water softener is putting air into my water lines after regeneration process. I called customer support, they said โitโs an enclosed water softener and that canโt happen and they will have to do more researchโ after this I have had no communication with them. I have emailed them multiple times. Customer service is poor, and uninformative.
