I'm a big fan of a yoga strap, and this thing takes it to the next level. The precision of stretches you can get from this is amazing. The more I use it, the more I find more creative ways to stretch my body. The strap is super durable and I can't imagine it tearing unless maybe an agressive dog gets a hold of it. The color choices are nice, but it's great in any color. They include a little pamphlet with suggested stretches and it's great. I actually posted it to a wall so I can just grab the strap at any time during the day and do a pose. Such a simple concept, but so helpful. There are many options out there that offer this kind of strap, but for the quality and value of this brand, it's a no brainer - get it.

I got this because I needed to add stretching to my routine. My hamstrings have become so tight that I can barely touch my toes anymore. Before, I really needed to have someone help me to stretch beyond my limit. This has helped me to push myself when I'm stretching on my own - in particular with hamstrings. There are loops along the entire length of this nylon strap. The strap itself seems extremely durable. I will have to see how the stitching that adds the loops in holds up over time, but so far it seems pretty well made. It does come with a small card with a variety of stretches illustrated, but honestly, some of them seem ridiculous for most people. However, for your standard gym class stretches, this thing helps a lot. For the few bucks this will cost you, I can definitely recommend it.

I'm just getting back into yoga after many years, so I definitely need a bit of help. This strap is the ideal way to assist with a lot of the yoga stretches that I can't do yet. I had a strap years ago that was just a single length of simple material and this is so much better and even less expensive. The loops make it perfect for using very easily, no matter your size. It is really easy to use. The material seems good and durable. This comes with a little pamphlet that shows many of the ways you can incorporate this strap into your yoga routine. I am very happy with this!

This yoga strap is quite nice and gives a good extension stretch for pre workout stretching and after workout cooldowns. The strap itself doesn’t have any stretch at all so you have less progression into the stretch, but it offers nice tension. The loops easily slip over shoes and have a comfortable hand hold. Great for getting an extra push to your stretches. I feel it most on the hamstrings with both the standing leg lift stretch and the lying down one. Also gives an excellent stretch between the shoulder blades and shoulders. I’m quite pleased with the quality , value and effectiveness. Nice addition to my daily routine.

This strap is a helpful tool to building flexibility. The loops make it easier of your hands to hold at various positions rather than trying to grip just a strap when your hands are tired and/or sweaty. The length and size of the straps sections are good since you're not shoving your whole foot in there. The width of the strap (1") helps keep it from digging into your skin too much when under pressure, but if you're sensitive to things like that you may wish for a slightly wider strap. Overall the strap seems well made and should last a while.

This strap has replaced the use of a towel or belt to stretch. We love this stretching tool! It is made of strong material with different loops that allows a better stretch for a variety of stretches because our body can relax and only the stretching part is being pulled. It comes with a little cheat sheet of stretches that you can do which has been helpful. My husband has a calf injury. He has used it every day. It has definitely helped in his healing because he can get a deeper stretch. The strap also rolls up small so it is easy to take with you. I like to use it to enhance my yoga practice.

I have used a rope for years to assist in stretching so finding this strap has been awesome. The rope always dug into my foot and was uncomfortable. The strap fits flat against my foot so it feels fine. I also like that it has loops all the way down the strap so I can adjust it to any length without having to re-tie a knot each time. The stitching is very good and the strap material is strong. I expect this strap to last a long time. It is lightweight and rolls up to a small size so it will be easy to take along when traveling.

I have seen these being used for people who need to work on getting a good stretch routine. The quality is good, and I like the little card that is included for starting exercises. What I think would be nice to have is a small durable bag to store the strap in while it's not being used or to carry it. Not just the clear plastic one that it shipped with.
