With this purchase, it was important that I could froth the cream before serving.  I was concerned about what size to order.  When I tried the stainless steel 20 ounce pitcher out for the first time, it was a winner!  It gave me plenty of room to froth the cream plus it made enough to top off multiple drinks.  The stainless steel is good quality too.
