Good dead blow hammer, just what I needed

This is a solid sledgehammer. Heavy and strong. Works for the purpose I need. And the bright orange color is a plus.

Thing is perfect weight, easy to maneuver, great color, solid handle, hits just right. Applied it to mechanic shop and it has served very well.

This has been a durable dead blow hammer. My wife uses this to drive small logs through a kindling splitter. It’s made it through two winters now.

I was using this hammer to set pavers for a walkway, had a good look and feel. It started cracking immediately and coming apart. I don’t feel like I was abusing the hammer or treating it other than expected. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Helped me remove the differential cover on my ProRock 44 axle in my Jeep with just about 5 good smacks. Prior to that I was wrestling with it with my old smaller mallet, which I ended up breaking the wooden handle. I won't be dreading removing that cover anymore, this hammer is boss!

I weighed it, Its a 5lb hammer. Hit stuff pretty hard with it and doesnt break. Handle is a little slippery but just needs a rough sand and a couple cross cuts.
