Okay, I gave this 4 stars only because of its price. Wow its expensive but worth it. I cant cook/grill without it but I do use it sparingly due to its cost. 5 stars for its taste.

I'm shocked that I haven't done a review on Garlic Gold yet. This is one of my all-time favorites. It is dried garlic in extra-virgin olive oil, EVOO. I use it for just about anything imaginable, even just to put some on a piece of toasted whole wheat bread, as a snack. I can't think of any way that I wouldn't use it, except for maybe fruits. If you are a garlic lover, you will love this and never stop loving it. If I could give this product 10 stars, I would.

The jar was so much olive oil - over 80% - that I thought it must have been a defective load. But then I pulled out the second jar, and same thing. The picture is very misleading. This is basically very expensive garlic infused olive oil.

Wonderful product. Always add to sauces, especially marinara sauce. Adding this to jarred sauces gives them a wonderful boost of flavor. Also add to homemade salad dressings. Yum!

I love this item
