Very nice smart water heater
We have used it more than 5 months and is working good. It is very helpful for us as we have comnected this with alexa. If we want we power it on even when we are not in home so that when we come home it will be ready. Overall a good smart heater and worth buying it.

Good Product
Geyser is of good quality. Fetures provided are good except tempreture controller and temp indicator. Hindware should do some improvements in Temp. controller knob (It can be shown with led light). Also Temp indicator could be more accurate. Importatnly energy consumption must be included in app. But overall no any issue in product. Water heating is good. IoT is also working properly.Dislike:1. Installation produre is not at all good. Very delay in installation procedure also there is no time punctuality. It took 3 days to install geyser after follow up with customer care.2. Basic spares( i. e. Fasteners and geyser support ) should be provided by Hindware. Hindware should not take charges of such required spares for installation.

Worst after sales support
I won’t recommend this Hindware brand to anyone so please buy some other brands which can provide good service after the installation.I’m sharing my personal review for helping or saving people.I’m from Bahadurgarh (District – Jhajjar) (Delhi-NCR), Haryana where everything is available and serviceable immediately.Bought this product in Sep 2020 and have been using it since the installation.It has been working fine till Nov 2021 and thereafter inner tank was damaged and water leakage started so I have raised the complaint on Hindware website and also called Hindware customer care and they shared the complaint no.After continuous follow up with customer care, Technicians have visited my home to check the geyser after 2 weeks and they left my house by checking the geyser condition. Technician informed that some of the parts have gone faulty and they need to be replaced. The complaint was lodged on 14th Dec 2021.We are not able to use the Hindware geyser since Dec 2021. I had followed up with the technician who visited our house, he informed that same has communicated to the service center owner and parts would be delivered in sometime to the service center from the company (Hindware). Technician also provided Service center owner mobile number.We also called the service center owner after regularly following up with the technician for 1 month, service center owner informed that the parts have been order and as soon as they receive the parts from the company (Hindware) they would get it replaced.Since 14th Dec 2021 we are regularly following up with the Technician and service center owner, still the parts have not been replaced. Sometimes, the technician and service center owner do not even pickup their mobile phone. At last the technician informed that they don’t have any spares available for replacement.Our geyser (Hindware) is under warranty for 5 years (Also purchased 2 years extended warranty).Moreover, everytime we are trying to raise complaint via company website or customer care, they cancel the complaint after few days stating the reason that with customer consent we are cancelling your complaint no. We haven’t cancelled the complaint single time.Hindware service centers have worst after sales support. Amazon India – Please block such sellers of such products which are not able to provide any after sales support to end customers. These sellers are ruining your reputation, end customers are expecting amazon india to get excellent after sales support from these companies (Hindware). End customers are trusting amazon india and purchasing products online, your reputation is at stake.I have never seen this kind of bad service with any other brands in my life so be careful when you buy something.I would suggest other end customers who are looking to buy geysers online, please do not buy hindware products from amazon india.

THIS GEYSER IS VERY GOOD, CAN CONTROL THROUGH WIFI, I RECOMMEND TO BUY.ONE TIME REPAIR HAPPEN, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE DONE IT FREE OF COST SINCE UNDER WARRANTY.

works like a charm, silent and efficient, had such a good warm bath fell asleep after that.Edit: Stopped working in 20 days...installation was a hassle took 4 days for them to attend the call.Edit2:It was a fail switch they had a pressure valve which got turned off the next day the technician solved it, said it requires some sort of pressure valve to prevent that kind of trips happening again, geyser is working fine now. nor problems (they should have provided the pressure valve if it s so imp to prevent from tripping)Edit 3: changing the rating from 5 star to 2 , 2 star is only for the quality of heating while it lasted , the fail safe rest keeps on tripping even upon repeated visits and repair by technicians , this is the 10th time I am lodging a complaint with them probably will throw this heater out, its not worth the hassle of going over the complaint again & again for the same issue of thermostat failure. they should change the product or get me replaced.Edit4: works fine now! no problems till date.. guess that was the last bit of replacement.

Smart system at great price
Having a smart water heater at this great price it itself a great news. Geo Fencing system is another great feature though which you can fix the water to get water heated before you get in your home.Power consumption can be monitored and a schedule can be set.Great appliance at great price. Surely a great value for money.

Value for money - very basic app feature
A good product at its price range of 8.5k the only other is policab which is 8k but only reason to pick hindcare is the warranty. Hindware come with 7yr on tank, 3yr on heating element and 2yr overall.ConsNo temperature displayManual temperature control .. i.e. a manual dial with min and max without any markingsVery basic with very minimum features in app.. precisely on/off .. timer and scheduler, with lots of bugs .Overall at this price, I am happy with it. Policab had cool smart features however, warranty was just 1year so I chose hindware.Installation and setup is smooth, was done within 24hr of delivery. Without any follow-up from my side everything was taken care by support team until it was up and running.

Good product, Good Customer Service
Basic functionality of Geser is working. I had issue with Mobile Application to connect and use geser. Mobile Application could not allow me to add the product in my Application due to some issue at Server side. CC has asked me to wait as the serial number/product information has to be remapped and updated from there side in the system.
