I needed a burner with specific dimensions, this one fit what I needed, and the build quality is good. The airflow adjustment is easy to use to fine tune the flame.

Been cooking out doors for over 20 years. Have used just about everything wood lp Charcoal smoke.This is by far the best lp Burner I have had in awhile.Its in an old shop built smoker running at 235.Nine so far on A scale 1- 10.

The Venturi style air fuel mix is tough to regulate. I found that getting it right is a constant battle between the wind and fluctuations of the included regulator. You can leave the screw out on the air intake because you will be moving that thing a lot. It works, my outdoor wok gets hot but, it is a dirty burn much of the time which coats my wok in black carbon residue and smells as it burns.
