Made pork sausage (nem nuong) for the family. Then, just for fun, I made a batch using ground turkey and the exact same recipe—and the results were amazing. The turkey sausage had the same great taste, texture, and even appearance as the pork version. No one in the family could tell the difference—and surprisingly, several preferred the turkey over the pork!Tusino Curing Powder was the key. It gave both versions that authentic cured flavor and color you expect from traditional nem nuong. I had searched several local Asian markets and came up empty, so finding this product online was a huge win.This curing powder has officially earned a permanent spot in my pantry. Highly recommended for anyone making homemade sausages or charcuterie-style meats at home. Total homerun.
