My milk seems to heat up really quickly... It's a nice object, is nice to use, looks great and easy 5o handle. I only wish they'd make a smaller version too.

Everything about this pitcher is great bar the coating. I had read that the black coating has a tendency to peel so thought i had gone for a non coated version (lesson learned read the small print) it was finished in white. Upon checking i found the pitcher was already compromised so i will be returning it. My Son however did order a st st version of the same pitcher & i have to say it is the best i have used to date & i have been through a few. I didn't find that it got hot & i took almost to burning point, it poured extremely well & i have started to form a little art but my main aim was to get the texture right & i achieved this with ease. I will be buying 450/600ml versions in the coming weeks. Highly recommend you give this pitcher a go. 5+ Stars for the pitcher itself 1 star docked for poor finish/coating.

Not fit for purpose. The sleeve is next to useless and dangerous as it gets very very hot and makes the jug almost impossible to hold. Returned after 1 days attempted use

Great upgraded version from the one with the inside teflon coating. Still needs to be handwashed as water doesnt dry well inside silicone and paint ends up getting out

Easy to handle with nice volume markings on the inside. Good quality for 1/2 price of barista competition models.

Updated (6-2-2026) Apparently the Jug I received was a one-off defect. The company replaced the defected jug with a new one and it's perfect. As I mentioned in the original review, the shape, the comfort in your hand, the thiknes of the material are really good. Good customer service as well. I couldn’t not to give at least two Stars. One Star for comfortable shape and a Star for functionality. But what the Duck? The black pain peals off on the second day of use. I added one more star for Normcore taking care of it and sending a replacement.

Great buy, small enough for frothing milk for 1 personn, but big enough the do a great job pouring.
