This set of three A4 size picture frames complement other more expensive frames that I already have about the house so I was keen to see how they stack up against costlier products.If you remove the carboard mount the frames will hold an A4 size print, and with the mount you have an 8" by 6" aperture. The mount itself is quite flimsy white card but looks fine unless you look too closely.In order to insert your picture you first need to unclip the four brass clips by rotating them away from the frame. I like this approach much better than having to fold back clips around the edge and then bend them back into place - the rotating clips feel less likely to break and don't play havoc with your fingers if they are too tight. Once the backing plate is removed you can remove the mounting card and the perspex front piece and peel off the film from both sides. Discard the paper that is in place for show and reassemble with first the screen, then the mount (if required) followed by your print and finally replace the back and re-fasten the clips.The pack is also supplied with a set of white plastic hooks for hanging your frames from - a helpful inclusion although I prefer a traditional hook. The back plate provides fold out catches for hanging in either portrait or horizontal mode.From a distance they look perfectly good and a good match however from slightly closer inspection the budget aspect is clearer. The mock wood effect looks much more plasticky up close, and the perspex screen is likewise a compromise on quality. You can see from the photo that the perspex is a bit flexible and bowed which means that reflections can be a bit intrusive.All told though for the price it is a perfectly adequate set of budget frames.

These are very simple, basic frames, however once on the wall you really can't tell the difference between these and more expensive frames. It's perspex rather than glass and you'll need to peel off the plastic before putting back together, because of this the whole frame is very lightweight - it comes with some quick hangers which are more than enough to hold the weight of these. Can't fault these, especially when concidering the price. Feel like good value for money. Would recommend

I have had an A4 certificate in a plastic wallet for 4 years now, waiting to be framed! I have a selection of spare picture frames but none of the right size - so this simple, black, A4 frame looked ideal.I generally try to avoid plastic whenever possible, but have found in recent years that this type of plexiglass in picture frames is much more practical than glass. It's unbreakable and makes for a much lighter frame which is easier to hang without drilling walls. In fact, this frame came complete with a couple of tiny wall fixers, which meant that I was able to frame and hang my certificate straightaway - not bad after a wait of 4 years!The price is reasonable for a basic, no-frills frame. It's fine for my certificate but I would want something more substantial/better-made for a quality painting or precious photograph.

I ordered these frames for my sons room. They are cheaply made and quite flimsy, but I didn’t need anything expensive and they do the job just fine.The frames come with mounts - I had to cut these slightly in order to fit the pictures I had.They come with tap-in wall fixings which are easy to use. The frames are so light that they could also be hung with adhesive hooks or probably even just some double sided sticky pads. This would make it easier to line them up.Overall, good for the price point. Serves my purpose well, although I would want to use better quality frames in the main rooms of the house.

I ordered the set of A4 3 pack black.These were very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. However it is disappointing that the size was smaller than that listed and if fitting A4 pictures you need to trim them even when you dont use the mount.The size listed excluding the frame is 21cm by 29.7cm which would fit A4 pictures but the size is approximately 20cm by just under 29cm.Overall the frames are ok and the clear perspex sheet is good quality but these are only worth getting if you don't mind trimming A4 pictures.

I am very pleased with the frame. The thickness of the frame is perfect for A4.3 pack value is fantastic. I need to find two more things to frame now.

These are very nice frames!They are well packaged in a hard box and have hard plastic corner protectors (yes, I know more plastic).Each frame comes with a proper cardboard mount which is excellent. The clips to hold the back of the frame are really well designed and easy to move. No glass in these frames, they have plexiglass which can be easily scratched - fortunately the "glass" is protected by a thin film which needs to be removed before hanging.The pack also comes with a small pack of "small pointy things". I confess, I have no idea what these would be used for but they are VERY sharp, as I found out!Overall, at £15.99 (at the time of review) for a set of nice looking frames, they are great value!

Daher sollte man beim Reinigen ätzende Mittel etc. vermeiden.Weiterhin ist die „Scheibe“ glänzend/spiegelnd ausgeführt.Der rahmen kann horizontal oder vertikal aufgehängt werden.Eine Aufstellmöglichkeit/Ständer an der Rückseite gibt es nicht.Ergo:Einfacher, gut zu händelnder Rahmen mit bruchsicherer, spiegelnder Plexiglasscheibe.Ich hoffe, dass diese Rezension Ihnen gefallen hat
