This model is also easy to clean as the base breaks apart into a top and bottom, making all areas of the feeder totally accessible. The only problem with this feeder is that you need to remember not to screw the base on too tight to the glass top or it will not allow enough nectar to spill into the tray for the hummers to keep interested. I thought they hated it for the first week I had it until I realized this. I have five other feeders with a similar tray design and none of them have this problem, so it seems to be unique to this feeder.
