The OTC painkillers weren’t much help and the ointments did very little. This sleeve was a life saver. I started wearing it a few hours in the morning and then again in the evening. You will notice some pressure though. After a few days you’ll notice the relief and within a week of wearing it all day the pain was almost all gone. The foot pain still comes back when it wants to but not as frequent.
