Is the outer packaging discreet?

The cup comes with a box and a super nice and discreet pouch, as pictured on the pic. In terms of delivery packaging, amazon always sends all orders packed in brown cardboard boxes.

I'm interested in purchasing the yellow cup and would like to know if it becomes discoloured easily over time?

Hi, I have the pink cup, which started to show signs of staining after about 6 months. Only a pea sized dot just under the rim. Regular vinegar washes haven’t shifted it. I’ve had it for a year now though and it’s been a god send. Don’t let a little staining deter you from buying one.

How do I get it to open once it's in place?

Bear down (as if you are doing a number 2) and twist at the same time...also make sure you have done the correct folding technique or it won’t open. There are videos on utube to help. It takes a little practice but once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s a game changer.

Is it firm silicone? I dont get with soft ones

Hi! The rim is more firm than the body of the cup and the whole cup is more firm, in general, than other cups. Have a look at the “Red Herring“ channel on YouTube. The lady there does squash tests, where the Merula cup always is more firm, compared to most others.
