Très bon goût et très peu sucré
Mon mari courre une vingtaine de kilomètres une fois par semaine. Il a voulu tester et est ravi. Le goût est bon et peu sucré (donc ne donne pas soif). Bien pendant la course pour redonner de la pêche et après la course pour la phase de récupération

Great product, wierd taste and texture
These gels are amazing. They are hugely effective in helping on long runs and big efforts. They taste like handcream though. And the texture is...unusual. Gentle on tummy, large packaging is a draw back, but no need for water with them might be a plus for many.
