Also I noticed that beet juice really helps with this process as well. The smell is disgusting I tried once in the morning but my hands smelled gross all day long and I felt self conscious, even tried to mask the smell with a scented lotion didn't help. I would only use this at night or make sure to apply a thin layer over a wider area of your body. Still not sure exactly what this product is for other than what I've read on the internet. This isn't like a real lotion it doesn't hydrate that well but it does seem to make actual lotion "work better". EDIT: Ok so what I read on the internet is for real! This has helped stop me from constant daily finger nail picking to the point of bleeding and having to wear bandages and Neosporin at least a few times a day.
