I bought this for my daughter…had it sent as a surprise and in the hope it would be a good one.She has to sleep on a sofa bed as she can’t use the stair properly and although I have tried to help by proving bedding, she could never get a comfortable night. However, I had a lovely text from her this morning after the first night using it saying it was the best, snuggliest and warmest night she has had in AGES! I haven’t heard her sound so infused about a good nights sleep in so long and that is thanks to this duvet!What better endorsement could there be to receive that text! She said she had folded it in half length ways and got in between it and it was beautifully comfortable and warm…and all that for £15.***Update. Although this duvet is warm and thick, I have since been told that the outer fabric actually tears like tissue when trying to manipulate into the duvet cover. Vert thin…such a shame as obviously it won’t last for long when changing the cover regularly. Good for a quick fix for a stay over or something but not long lasting I’d used regularly.

You know, I never realized how thin my old bed covers were until I got this new one.My back room gets really cold in the winter, so I wanted something extra large to wrap up in. This thing is so heavy and cozy, it feels like it's hugging me when I sleep. It keeps me super warm and it was really affordable too. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a new set.

Outer material is a bit rough but the weight and tog is really good

Out of the bag I thought this was a bit thin for a 13.5 tog but it soon puffs up. We've had some sub-zero nights recently but the quilt has done the job. The price was half what we paid elsewhere for a winter quilt and I'll be ordering up another one to cover us for laundry days.

A thick warm duvet for cold nights. However the duvet casing is very rough and acrylic and not very malleable.

The cover for this duvet is like paper, it feels disgusting to me, it’s like a very cheap and nasty duvet that I would never buy however cheap it was.I thought I was buying something soft and cosy as described, I don’t think this would be warm at all, let alone soft.I just received it and it’s going straight back without even taking it out the box and bag.One look at it in the bag to see it was the paper looking cover put me off.How to describe it , It’s like the one time use hospital gowns you get when you go in hospital for tests , use once throw out.
