Sketchy start made right by seller
So we ordered this step for our swim spa and the first box came with the cross supports and treds. The second shipment was only the sides. No hardware, no railings, no directions. After contacting the seller through the Amazon website (which was not easy to figure out) the company sent the proper second box. The sides, railings, hardware and directions were in this box. The step is properly assembled and we love it! It is sturdy, easy to wipe the water from and the railing system is great for a bottle of water, pool chemicals and towels. Perfect! I don't know how to get back to my original review but with some assistance, I can change it.
