I am 70 years old. I move slowly and it only took me one hour to put chair together. Someone younger could do it much easier. Instructions very easy to follow. Screws etc. all organized and labeled to match instructions. Love this chair so far. Rocks great. Nice strong solid chair. Nice large seat as I am not skinny so this is great. I will be seating in this chair all day as I am retired and crochet and watch tv. I will write another in 8 weeks but so far. Very good chair!! Comfortable too. I recommend to buy it.

This is great! Easy to assemble. Really nice to look at. And most importantly, super comfortable, especially with the pillow they included. Offers great lumbar support. I love the side pocket too. It's perfect for remote controls or other small stuff, even a tablet and charging cord. Glad I bought this chair. It has a generous wide seat & rocks smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Assembly was an issue, parts were all there. Had to cut the fabric which was over one of the assembly holes.I wasn't impressed with the fit and apparent lack of quality inspection.

Beautiful chair, easy assembly, sturdy. The fabric didn’t have all the holes punched out but the holes were underneath in the wood so I had to make a small hole with scissors to put together completely. Highly recommended this chair.

This chair looks exactly like the picture and I have gotten a ton of complements on it. Putting it together...well that is another story. I ordered two chairs, both of them with different issues. When putting together the first chair, many of the screws were too short. I had two people applying pressure while I screwed in the bolt, and it just wouldn't reach to the other piece. So there is another $10 spent on ordering longer screws. When I went to put the second chair together, four of the holes weren't the correct dimension (the main part of the screw would fit, but not the head). There is ANOTHER $15 for a drill bit to make larger holes. The chair is comfortable enough and looks great, but it took me three days to put together two chairs that should have taken 30 minutes total.

I have this set up in my room. I like that it is designed for larger people; however, I have issues getting up because the seat is too low for me. A Simple solution for me was to order a pillow to increase the height of the seat. I got a yoga seat cushion that added 5 inches to the seat, and now, I can raise myself with ease, and my knees are much happier. I sit each night and read a little and I love it!!

Can't be put together with screws. Screws are all too short!!!

I bought this chair and received it with a small piece broken off the leg. It was still usable, however left me disappointed that I spent money on something that was broken. I wrote them about it to see if I could get a partial refund (since it was still usable). They messaged back quickly and asked if a new chair would be ok instead. Sure enough, a few days later, I received a brand new chair that was not broken at all. There was no hassle, only great customer service. The chair is also very comfortable and has changed our patio life for the better. 10/10 You will not be dissatisfied!
