Great generator, queit,light weight.

Very nice generator that started easily and runs my 30 amp RV perfectly. Has enough wattage to start and run the air conditioner. The Bluetooth monitoring app it’s quite handy.

So far so good. I bought this because of the longevity of reviews on their products and I am pleased with performance thus far. Out of the box, it looks nice. My wife even liked the coloration (big win). for initial break-in, i chose Pennzoil traditional 10w-30. Filled with Non Ethanol 89 gas. took more pulls than I expected but backing off the bowl drain ensured that it had fuel in the carb and it fired right up. Initial bluetooth connection was wonky, but once connected, it worked decently. I wish i could see RPM in the app but the wattage readout is nice. Cycled it with the eco mode off with no load, then 800 watts, then stepped it up to the max I wanted it to run at. Hooked it to my 2013 Keystone and ran the AC. I believe it is a 13.5k BTU unit. spiked at 3200 and then leveled off at 1900 watts with the AC and Fridge running. PERFECT. Got about 4 hours of total run time cycling between the 1900 watt load and 300 watt load for 30 minutes each across one evening and then the next morning. Changed the oil and you could absolutely see the glittery break-in present in the oil. Refilled, Idled it a bit and put it away. one thing that caught me off guard is the shut down procedure. it will lower the RPM and then it almost sounded like it dieseled for a bit, but I think this is some sort of short purge it does as it did it consistently every time. It handled the load perfectly but at that load, it will use 20% of the fuel in 30 minutes. I will likely invest in that 12v pump to add a 5 gallon tank to it. why only 4 stars you ask? There was this loud vibration sound coming from the front of the unit. I could push down on the red panel and it would stop. Something was not tight in it. I ended up taking off the front panel and found that because of the plastic mounts that hold the inverter heat sink were not stable, it caused it to rattle against the front panel. it left some easy marks so I ended up applying a little double sided rubberized 3M tape to the red panel insides (left one side with the protective film on) and this solved the rattle. It was super easy to do though. Panels are easily removeable and this item looks very serviceable. I plan to give it 4 more hours with conventional oil and then swap to synthetic.

Súper light for a generator, super easy to put together and the app it’s not hard to use. It comes with built in batteries for Bluetooth powering and shooting off. I use it for my semi truck and it’s installed in my catwalk without any issues. It’s not as quiet as I expected, had a bigger predator quiet generator that made less noise. Regardless not disappointed for the price

Not 3 months after I bought this generator, it saved my butt. We had a huge ice storm last year, and it got us through. Easy startup, good stable output. Talks to an app, but it's not the most useful app. It will give a rough idea of gas level, but not very accurately. This year I tuned it up before our latest snow storm, but fortunately didn't need to use it. After an oil change and fuel change, it fired up with ease with maybe 3 pulls.

Horrible. Did not work out of the box. The first time I attempted to use this generator the CO2 sensor shut the generator down. It generator was operating outside with an unobstructed source for fresh air. Stay far away from this generator because it's worth nothing in an emergency. I should add the Amazon was a zero help. They claimed that it was beyond their exchange window however I could demonstrate that it was less than 2 minutes finally hours meter. Lastly, the customer service department for this company is absolutely reprehensible and horrible. The only contact is through email. You asked specific questions and they supply with generic copy and paste answers that have nothing to do with the information you need. When you finally send point by point detailed questions they simply stopped responding. In my opinion you should stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.

This generator was a good purchase for a not well known brand. I was worried at first because of the lower price but it works just fine with no problems after 2 summer camping seasons. Has accessories and a cover that comes with it. It also has an app but where we go camping there is little to no phone reception so I couldn’t use it to check on it.

Got during a 5 day power outage. Ran it for about 50hr during that time, with its first oil change at 20hr. Ran great and have been very impressed with it's performance. Running the basics of a house, it's burning around 10l of fuel a day with 300-500w of load steady. Starts easily and haven't had any issues. Changed to an NGK sparkplug and added a magnetic dipstick. I'd compare it quite favorable next to the Honda EU2000i I have as well - just with more power output.

Ordered and it was delivered in 2 days, followed the simple instructions (add oil and gasoline) set to choke pulled twice started no issues. It runs quiet, and it powers my rv ac with the supplied 30amp adapter. See video Have not tested Bluetooth app feature

A little noisier than I hoped. Works well. Powers our small RV.
