Tasty, but contains whey.
Flavor is decent. Why oh why is there whey in this though? Whey is the garbage waste product from milk/cheese. Rest of ingredients are solid. If you eat whey (for some reason) you will like dig it. I like these kind of flavors as I am gluten free and miss cake so I look for that flavor in other items.I tried it as another reviewer did- mixed in my kite hill yogurt. Taste was good, but whyyy wheyy.

literally use it everyday!!!
I got birthday cake and omg for someone who is dieting this is literally perfect. The serving size is 5g but honestly 1-2grams is alottttt- or it can be too sweet. I put this on my egg whites with stevia& some sugar free syrup, or in my cream of rice. I also mix it with pb2 and freeze it. It taste like pb birthday cake sweet treat!

Great addition to smoothies
I use this as an addition to the smoothies I make for a sweet flavor. You could also use this on popcorn although you would need to add spray or butter for it to stick other wise it all goes to the bottom. Helps with a sweet tooth and a good alternative to something with higher calories and fat.

Full of Whey.. Lactose!!
When viewing the pics, they don't zoom. No other flavor shaker had ever contained so much Whey protein concentrate! This is only Whey Protein Concentrate! That definitely needs to be visible in pics! Attached is a pic of the label pic on Amazon, zoomed. It's not readible, too distorted! I definitely cannot have Whey Protein Concentrate! Ugh. $8.99 down the hole!

I was super excited about this because I love birthday cake flavor stuff. It does taste like birthday cake, its perfectly resembles that really cheap cake you get from the grocery store bakery that costs $5. Good attempt on their part, just fell short. You also need to use a lot on oatmeal, too. Flavor god is a much better dessert seasoning.
