This arrived yesterday and I jumped this morning after opening it. It's perfect and I have been jumping rope since I was six years old. I am recovering from an extended illness and surgery, eight weeks ago, and being able to exercise especially by jumping rope I am hoping to make a full recovery with time. I recommend this 1/4 pound weighted rope for anyone wanting to reap the benefits from jumping or skipping rope.
