Better then a coconut oil or any plain oil as I was using. The mixture in this really gets things moving and out! Blasting with this oil and my inferred red light on me works great! Much better then any other way I’ve done. Also as I’m laying on the floor or bed on a towel I keep my leg up in the air and work my bum, hips, calf, foot whole leg while up in the air . I also got my flexibility back doing this! However I’ve been doing for a year. And have a nutritionist. She told me that this will cause a detox but does work. Also When tired I do it leg down then up again and flush leg while up in air. Gets the fluid to move better I think. My swelling isn’t much of anything after. My first comment is, this stuff smells absolutely gorgeous, like that waft when you walk into a posh spa. You need to apply it when yr skin is damp, as it soaks in much quicker than if you apply to dry skin. It does tell you this on the bottle. I am 53 and used to be size 10, over last couple years I seem to be 10/12. I have cellulite areas which can be not too bad or bad depending on if I’ve been exercising , diet, if I’ve been out socialing etc. i have spent the week ( my half term hol) dry brushing my legs and abdomen before shower, then massaging in this gorgeous oil after. I some days then use a rubber cup to help further massage the oiled areas . I have walked between 6-9 k each day , and been drinking lots water each day . Been so thirsty , and I think it’s because when you start massaging and releasing toxins at skin level, when they start to release, they leave yr body through your urine. So anyway drank lots, walked lots, used this oil every day. In ten days my stubborn cellulite looking legs are looking 70-80 % better. Toned. I’m not looking to lose a ton of weight , just want to tone up and maybe lose a few pounds for hols. I love this oil and will order more as it’s great value, smells amazing and my problem areas are greatly improving. I can’t guarantee it’s the oil alone.
