My shoe size is 5. Is it best to get 2-5 or 5-8?

Personally I would go for 5-8 as they won’t be too small (plus they might shrink a little in the wash). Worst thing having socks too small!

What are they made of? Do they keep your feet cool and prevent blisters?

Don’t know what they are made of but are very soft and comfy and I’ve never experienced a blister with them
