This sealed our electric kettle that was leaking from a seam, where the glass part connects to the stainless steel part. I sealed it with this a long time ago now, kettle in daily use and still no leak. Highly recommend this sealant.

Our Bosch kettle sprang a leak... making the wooden work surface soaking after every boil. Now these kettles don't come cheap, in fact to buy a new one would have cost us around £70. So I unscrewed the plastic outer cover to see where this leak was coming from and straight away could see there was a bead of water where the metal casing joined the plastic. So a bit of research and I found this product...main thing for me was that it was food grade which given it was in contact with water we would be drinking was the most important point. Reasonable price and prime delivery. Next day I held it in my hands...ran a bead along the seal...left for 24 hours...then the big test. Voila! No leak...and I write this several weeks since I made the repair and it still isn't leaking. THis product just saved me £70! Still have loads left for any other sealant work I might need in the future. Highly recommended.

This has done the job very well. I just wish it had been a bit easier to squeeze as my old hands are not so good.

Used this to seal the lid on a Cornelius Keg

Purchased this product to make a small repair to my fridge freezer. Unfortunately received clear and not white. Although it did not cover completely as the white may have done but did a reasonable job at filling the small gap. It is easy to use and value for money.

It worked, no more leaking kettle.

This sealant/glue is amazing. During the rain my metal porch roof had a crack in it. I dried it off as best I could and put this amazing glue in the crack like magic. The roof stopped leaking. It dries quickly, it is water resistant and it is the best quality glue around. It is also clear; so you can put it on different surfaces. I saw the spectrum technician use it when he came over to fix a leak. The price is amazing. It saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs.

I was looking for a food grade silicone that I could use to repair a cracked plastic waterer for my chickens. I really didn't want to have to buy a new one (approx $80) so I figured what did I have to lose by using this $11 tube? According to directions, I cleaned the area, wiped it down well, and applied the silicone to kind of sandwich a piece of plastic to the outside of where the hole was (about a loonie in size) and applied the silicone to the inside and outside. I left it to dry about 24 hours. The next day I was fully ready to be disappointed but to my luck it held 3 gallons of water perfectly with no leaks!!! This stuff is amazing and you get so much product in the tube. I would 100% recommend.
