Unpretentious Chermoula Seasoning, 5 Tbsp, North African Cuisine, Flavorful & Versatile, Dry Rubs & Seafood

I was pleasantly surprised how good this chermoula seasoning is. Most spice blends are mostly salt. Not this one. I tossed potato and onion wedges in olive oil, sprinkled with this chermoula seasoning and roasted them. They were delicious. I buy a lot of spice blends hoping they will be good, but most are disappointing and end up in the trash. This one was not expensive so I thought I'd give it a try. So glad I did. Gives my cooking effortless Middle Eastern or North African flair. A real keeper.

Haven't used it yet, but the smell is SOOOOOO GOOD! I will update once I use it. I can only imaging how good this will be on some meat. It's like a one stop seasoning honestly. No need to add anything else bc it's already a mix of spices. Seems like it would be best on chicken, fish, or shrimp.

When I got this product I only had pork laying about. I wasn't too thrilled with the product on some thin boneless chops. Made them a couple of times and honestly didn't complement the flavor that well. It's not exactly the recommended use though.So I got some nice chicken tenderloins and put the seasoning on it. Cooked the tenderloins on one side in my skillet, seasoned it a bit, flipped, seasoned some more. It turned out very good for a relatively low effort meal.It has a slightly sweet, slightly spicy, slightly tangy taste. Very low on the heat scale though so I suspect that only the people who really hate any spiciness would mind it.

It was great on chicken breast! Its not too spicy or too sweet. The flavor isn't overpowering.
