They absorbed the moisture and got really soft. I do not recommend for anything that has moisture unless you are serving immediately. Amazon- please label these as fragile or ship them differently. As soon as i saw the packaging i knew they were damaged. There were absolutely no indicators to let the delivery driver know that these were fragile. They were shipped in a large paper envelope.
