Thx** A: Very good and sturdy! Comfortable handles too. **Q: What weight could these handles hold ? Say if I attached to Olympic bar with weight** A: I am 105kg, I have been using them for pull-up and toes to rings for the past few weeks (with straps up to a large tree in my garden). They handle this type of workout no problem at all.
