I'm really happy with this purchase! For the price paid compared to more expensive pieces, it is a great set! The wicker looks amazing. And the couch is long enough for me (5') and my son ( 5'3") to lay on comfortably. I'm loving late afternoons sitting on my porch! Assembly was rather easy, but there is a few things that you will need to know: 1) Follow instructions! All the screws are separated by piece (which I loved). When they tell you don't tighten the screws while first assembling, they mean it!!! This is how some people say the holes don't line up. Just put them in enough to hold the 2 pieces together. 2) Not all pieces were labeled, but with process of elimination, I was able to figure out which ones wasn't labeled. 3) Get you a Ratchet Wrench!!! They provide one (Which didn't look like any ratchet wrench I'd ever seen so I had no idea what it was on the first piece and tightening 12 screws with an allen wrench was HORRIBLE!) However their ratchet wrench didn't last but through 3 pieces, before breaking.....and theirs wasn't easy to use. A true ratchet wrench was AMAZING! 4) Assemble piece by piece, and don't be worried about assembling the entire set in one day. Each of the 8 pieces had screws for that piece all divided up. So I wasn't worried about loosing screws. It took me about 4 days to get everything assembled because I only did a couple pieces a day. 5) having someone to hold the pieces while you first put the screws in would help, but isn't mandatory. I only had help one day.

The set appears to be well made . Directions weren’t the best but two of us put it together in about 6 hours. The one thing I want people to know is that this set is smaller than expected. If you are tall or have long legs it is not the easiest to get out of. It sits low.

This patio conversation set is exactly what I needed for my porch. It looks good and is sturdy. Assembly was easy as I followed the directions. I see other people having problems with the cushions. Well the ones in my set are 3 inch firm foam and easily supports me (5' 11" and 215 lbs). Others complain the set is for children. Well if you weigh more than an NFL offensive lineman the set is not for you. Others complain the storage bin will not hold ALL the pillows. Well the dimensions of the storage box is 26" x 26" x 24" (h). How do you not get all 6 seat cushions into the box? You will not get the back rest cushions in there so you will have to put forth a little effort to bring them inside with inclement weather. Also, the description tells the consumer the cushions are not waterproof. Invest about $15 - $20 and get a waterproofing spray. Folks, this is a great set and the customer service on some minor issues was fantastic!

I am very pleased with the balcony furniture, good quality for the price and the modular furniture is convenient to maneuver. The seller, Orange-Casual was incredible; a piece on the product wasn’t included and they were very prompt with communication and sent a replacement promptly. I’m a very happy buyer!

For a while, we were shopping around and found these and were not disappointed with price, look and comfort. Pieces were delivered separately and have to be assembled. Just follow instructions and you will be fine. They are sturdy and comfy.

I hope you like bolts with allen slots because this set has tons of them! In all seriousness though this product is very high quality for the price and needed a large patio set on a budget. The manufacturer does provide a small ratchet to assist in assembly but the quality on it is shotty and it stripped out under moderate pressure by the midpoint in assembly. The directions are easy to follow and the labor is not too tedious aside from having to use an allen key for a couple hours. The cushions are firm but pretty comfortible. Make sure that you check the seat height before purchase because this set does sit low but it is very comfortible.

Once assembled, this set is good looking, nice and comfortable enough. It isn't too plush however, like some other more pricey patio sets, and the seating position is fairly low. The cushion box is not large enough to store all of the cushions. Assembly is pure hell. You are given lots of bolts to screw on with a small tool. The holes are out of sync sometimes by 1/8" causing you to have to use a plier or wrench to hold pieces together while you attempt to get the bolt attached. The instructions are to bolt loosely at first, but even so making all of them attach is almost impossible. I almost gave up on the project but returning the set would be worse. In the end I completed the assembly of all 5 sofa pieces over a weekend (abour 1 hour per piece).

This furniture is sturdy, easy to put together but time consuming. The storage box is much bigger than I expected but I love it. This is a great buy, you won’t be disappointed. There were 2 back cushions missing and I filed a claim to send 2 more, and they sent another full chair! love showing it off!
